Unworthy Part 3

Mistress Lillian has her slave on a bondage bed and slips some latex gloves onto her hands. Lilllian then begins to manually manipulate his cock into pretzel like shapes. She smacks, pinches and flicks his sensitive cock and balls. She closes forceps onto his scrotum and twists and pulls them in opposite directions. Then she pulls out pointy barbeque skewers and attempts to skewer his balls like shish kebobs.
